This type of ISV must be re-certified or replaced every five years. To determine the date code of the ISV in your unit, remove the right side panel. It should be possible to read the date code stamped on the ISV. If the date code reads beyond the five-year limit, replace The Tank (you will need to strip the fittings and valves from the old tank).
